Pastoral Care
Taking care of pupils’ well-being is a strength at Timberley. The academy supports pupils and their families well through regular contact with home. Parents appreciate the ease with which they can get in touch with academy leaders. Several parents told inspectors: ‘I can’t fault the school.’

At Timberley Academy we create the best possible circumstances for all our children to learn. This means creating and maintaining positive relationships throughout school within which children will want to learn and teachers can teach most effectively.
We understand the importance of a good relationship between home and school and the positive effect this can have on a child's ability to learn. We understand that parents and children sometimes need extra support in a range of areas and as a school we tailor our support to individual needs.
Our Pastoral Team supports many families at Timberley, allowing parents to talk about and solve issues that they may encounter. Please contact school if you feel we could support you and your family here at Timberley Academy.
